Dosing & Filling Systems

Accustaltic dosing systems are simple, manual or remotely triggered pump and drive combinations that allow you to pump a highly accurate and repeatable dose, based either on time or on pump revolutions.

Simple control and setup makes them highly desireable for short-run manual, semi-automated or fully automated filling processes. Fill doses from less than .1 ml up to 5 gallons or more per dose.

Choose your pump separately, and add the dosing system below. Ideal for proportional mixing, filling up to 12 identical flows from 1 inflow, and pumping highly sensitive materials.

NEW for 2010! The all-new 2010 dosing system is suitable for cycles up to 1 dose per second on a continuous basis. this may be limited by dose vvolume and material to be pumped. please call for design assistance.

Fixed-speed Dosing/Filling System
All-new design for 2010!

2010 fixed speed dosing system with washdown motor

Replacing our previous non-washdown brakemotor is the new 1750 RPM washdown duty motor, coupled to a washdown clutch/break.  Quieter, more precise, longer lasting, and now available! 110 VAC only.

Clutch/break allows motor to run continuously, for faster cycle times between dose, lower power draw, and cooler operation.

Available in volume-based dosing and time-based dosing options.

Callout:
Mount Position: L only
Gearbox: multiple options, see order sheet
Motor: 1750 RPM washdown, 110V
Control Option: C for Counter-based, D for Timer- based
Mounting base: A

Vari-speed Dosing/Filling System:
All-new design for 2010!

2010 variable speed dosing system with washdown motor

Same as fixed speed dosing system, now available with variable speed! Allows speed adjustment along with variable dose volume or time. Now you can dose materials of nearly any viscosity at optimum speed, with virtually no changeover time.

Available in 110 VAC only.

Callout:
Mount Position: L only
Gearbox: ‘F’ standard, multiple options, see order sheet
Motor: 1750 RPM washdown 2 HP 3 Phase.
Control Option: D for counter-based dosing, E for timer-based dosing
Mounting base: A
