AccuStaltic Multiple channel metering pumps

Accu-Staltic™ Common Channel Peristaltic Pumps

Accu-Staltic Common Channel Pumps

Ideal for:

  • Single higher flow applications to 40 Gallons (180 liters) per minute
  • Applications where high amplitude pulsation is undesireable, such as with diapraghm pumps or hose pumps.
  • fluid transfer requiring a positive displacement pump
  • replacement of progressive cavity pumps and piston pumps in fluid transfer applications
  • High volume filling of a single flow
  • high volume, flow metering of a single flow- the pump is the flowmeter.
  • laboratory pump use to severe field applications- pumphead exceeds IP66 Standards

Common channel peristaltic pumps combine the flow from 4-12 individual pumping channels to a single inlet and outlet, much like a multiple piston pump. This achieves higher flows and pressures than can be traditionally achieved with a single channel peristaltic pump. Common Channel Peristaltic pumps use inexpensive 1/4" ID to 1/2" ID peristatic tubing for very high suction (to 30" of vacuum) and pressure ratings from a peristaltic pump without high pulsation or expensive tubing elements. Replacing a hose pump or progressive cavity pump with an Accu-staltic common channel peristaltic pump can dramatically reduce rebuild costs, especially on systems pumping abrasive or highly corrosive materials.
