Accu-staltic Pumps are available as 4 thru 12 channel pumps. This refers to the number of pumping tubes the pump is capable of holding. Tubes may always be removed from a pump with no ill effects for fewer channels. Order the pump with the largest number of channels you think you may need.

The pumping mechanism of an Accu-Staltic™ pump is the rotor, which squeezes the tubes between it and the pump cover (also called the Stator). A cross-section is shown at right, fitted with a flow dividing manifold. The arrows show direction of fluid flow..
The Accu-staltic pump is a 3-roller design, with permanently lubricated and sealed needle bearing rollers to allow for reduced rolling forces and less friction on the tubing. This drastically reduces wear on the tubes, and improves tube life. |

Accu-Staltic™ pumps are built with either straight Rotors (at left) or divided rotors (shown below). Straight rotor pumps are offered in 4, 5, 6 and 8 channels. Each channel will be perfectly synchronized in output flow, and there will be 3 flow pulses per revolution. |
| Split Rotor pumps are offered in 8, 10 and 12 channels. The split rotor design reduces the power requirement by approximately 30 percent compared to a straight rotor design and reduces the pulsating load on the drive motor. |

The Rotor is non- rebuildable but easily replaceable, and can be returned to Ledebuhr Industries for core credit. The entire pump can be rebuilt in around an hour for about 1/3 the cost of a new pump. All Accu-staltic Pumps come with a 2 year, 5000 hour guarantee, however if your pump will go into a mission critical application, we recommend keeping a spare rotor and bearing kit on hand. Ask about this at the time of order.
