Ledebuhr Industries, Inc. and its employees are proud of our products and are committed to providing our customers with the best-designed and manufactured Accu-Staltic™ metering pumps. This Limited Warranty and Service Policy describes the Ledebuhr Industries warranty and warranty procedures for our Accu-Staltic™ products.

SCOPE OF WARRANTY:
All Accu-Staltic™ pumps are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials, and against failure as a result of normal use, within the warranty period.  This warranty will be honored without regard to the type or brand of tubing the customer chooses to use.  Ledebuhr Industries, Inc will repair or replace any parts damaged by the failure of another part within the pump assembly as a result in a defect in workmanship, free of charge.  Time, travel, and similar hourly expenses incurred by the customer as a result of the warranty event are not included. Warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, or from the misuse of the pump. Failure of tubing itself or damage to pump from exposure to pumped fluids is not covered.  This warranty includes any gearbox purchased with the pump, but does not include the drive motor, hydraulic or electric.

Warranty assumes that the customer will follow reasonable care and maintenance, as outlined in the Care and Maintenance Instructions included with the pump and available on the website.  Failure to follow the instructions shipped with each pump could result in loss of the warranty coverage, at the sole discretion of Ledebuhr Industries, Inc.  Normal use is defined as operation within the published speed and temperature ranges, pumping materials that are compatible with the wetted parts of the pump. In no event will Ledebuhr Industries, Inc. be liable for other incidental damage as a result of pump failure, consequential or indirect damages, lost profits, or other losses associated with the use or misuse of its products.  This shall be the limit of our warranty or obligation.

WARRANTY PERIOD:

Accu-Staltic™ metering pumps are warrantied for a period of 24 months or 5,000 hours of use from the date of shipment from Ledebuhr Industries or the authorized Accu-Staltic™ distributor. All warranty claims must be submitted to Ledebuhr Industries prior to the expiration of the warranty period.

WARRANTY SERVICE PROCEDURE:

Any necessary replacement parts will be provided free of charge to the end user, shipped by ground UPS.  Should the customer require faster shipping, the shipping costs will be billed to the customer.  Repair time, travel, and similar hourly expenses are not included as part of the warranty and are the responsibility of the end user. We will be the sole and final judge as to the extent of any claim or re-imbursement. Customers should contact Ledebuhr Industries, Inc. or their authorized distributor immediately to arrange for repair or replacement of the failed unit, which will be at the discretion of Ledebuhr Industries as to the course of action. We reserve the right to issue an invoice or require payment in advance subject to review of the failed parts.  Failed parts should be returned at first convenience to Ledebuhr Industries. International customers and non-continental US locations:

Transportation costs to and from international locations or locations outside the continental US are the responsibility of the customer, including any taxes, duties or other fees.  Any necessary replacement parts will be provided freight collect, with mode of delivery at the customer’s discretion. If a defect is severe and requires significant mechanic time to repair, we may, at our option, re-imburse the customer for that time, SUBJECT TO PRE-APPROVAL by Ledebuhr Industries.  We will be the sole and final judge as to the extent of any claim or reimbursement.

As always and for any customer, we offer unlimited telephone and email support, in English and Spanish. We assume no obligation to communicate in any language other than English.

Disclaimer:

Damage from misuse, neglect, failure to follow good maintenance practices including regular cleaning, abuse, and acts of God or nature, will not be considered warranty. Some examples of non-warranty items include: damage to seals or components from cleaning compounds; Damage to pump from installation of non-Ledebuhr supplied items, or physical modification of the pump. Ledebuhr Industries will be the sole and final judge as to the warrantability of any claim, and will accept no responsibility for any incidental or other damage caused as a result of a warranty issue. 

Acceptance:

Purchase of equipment from Ledebuhr Industries assumes acceptance of this warranty. Terms of this warranty are subject to change without notice. This warranty was last updated June 1, 2008.
