Kits: Select a Pre-configured kit

Chances are, your needs are pretty similar to other customers of ours- so rather than make you make all the decisions, we've gone ahead here and put together a few of our most common sprayer refit kits, grouped by application. Browse the tabs above; there's a decent chance you can find the kit you need with a single mouse click. Once you see what you need, you can order your sprayer kit on line (coming soon), but we strongly recommend that you call us first for a no-charge project review.

Notes on Pre-configured Sprayer Kits:

Kits include:
- the highest quality components, sized properly for your application
- all hydraulic components have appropriate fittings to adapt to JIC swivel hydraulic ends- common and easy to use
- telephone advice and support while you are installing and using the kit

Kits do not include:
- hydraulic hoses or chem hoses. Source these locally or see the Structure and Misc. Section.
- chem tanks
- axles
- PTO Shafts
- frame or boom components. Some of these can be ordered in the Structure and Misc. section (coming soon).

Most kits assume you are re-fitting an existing sprayer and using it's frame, tank, axle(if applicable) and chem system. If you want to build a sprayer completely from scratch, contact us first!

Proptec™ Kits powered by Tractor Remote Hydraulics

Below are two sets of kits designed to use your tractor's hydraulic system. The kits clean and condition the hydraulic oil, making sure that your atomizer investment operates properly and for many years.

Each atomizer comes with a chemical metering stack, velocity fuse, and mounting bracket to attach it to 2" square tube.

You will need to fabricate a simple frame, add hydraulic hoses, and chem hoses from your existing chem pump.

COMPLETE KITS, WITH OIL COOLER

Most users should specify this kit. The addition of the oil cooler will keep the tractor hydraulics cool even under the most severe conditions.
